We are proud that COLING 2016, the 26th International Conference on Computational Linguistics, a premier international event in the areas of Computational Linguistics (CL), Language Technologies (LT) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), will be organized by the Japanese Association of Natural Language Processing at Osaka International Convention Center (OICC) from 11th-16th December 2016. Osaka is the second largest city in Japan. COLING regularly attracts more than 700 delegates from academia, industry and public organizations across the planet.

The COLING 2016 organizing committee has set out to ensure a memorable experience for delegates of the 26th COLING conference by showcasing an excellent scientific program in the context of an exceptional social and cultural experience, while taking advantage of Osaka's vast array of historical, cultural and lively social venues. Osaka enjoys its reputation as the nation's kitchen or gourmand's paradise with Osaka's traditional cuisine for ordinary people. It is famous as the mercantile mecca and the open culture. It is also less than one hour train ride to two famous old Japanese capitals, Kyoto and Nara. There will be no time to get bored even outside of the conference rooms.

Diamond Level: 1,000,000 JPY
Diamond is the highest level of sponsorship at COLING 2016. It includes the following benefits:

Silver Level: 200,000 JPY
Silver sponsorship package includes the following benefits.

- Company logo included in the conference website on the sponsor's page - Please email company logo - .eps version required.

- One (1) page advertisement in the conference program.
Targeted Sponsorship
All the following options include the benefits equal to the Silver Sponsorship Level benefits. It will be explained that you are sponsoring a targeted opportunity when it is displayed on the home page or physical materials. The following five options are available.
Option 1: Welcome Reception - 500,000 JPY
Company signage displayed at reception, location of the signage is subject to approval of the conference organizers. As a sponsor of the welcome reception your company may offer delegates a small branded gift, provide some entertainment and avail of a 3 minute speaker slot at the welcome reception. Only one company can avail of this opportunity and it is offered on a first come, first served basis. Company signage displayed in the breaks area, location of the signage is subject to approval of the conference organizers.
Option 2: Wi-Fi Sponsorship - 500,000 JPY
The sponsorship information will be described in the handout of the Wi-Fi password setting. Only one company can avail of this opportunity and it is offered on a first come, first served basis. Company signage displayed in the breaks area, location of the signage is subject to approval of the conference organizers.
Option 3: Conference Breaks - 500,000 JPY
This is an opportunity to promote your company while networking with delegates throughout the day at break times. Breaks will take place mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Only one company can avail of this opportunity and it is offered on a first come, first served basis. Company signage displayed in the breaks area, location of the signage is subject to approval of the conference organizers.
Option 4: Banquet - 500,000 JPY
This is an opportunity to promote your company while networking with delegates at the banquet. The banquet is planned to be held on Wednesday, December 14. Its location and the details are TBD. Up to four (4) companies can avail of this opportunity and it is offered on a first come, first served basis. Company signage displayed at the banquet, location of the signage is subject to approval of the conference organizers.
Option 5: Lunch box - 500,000 JPY
This is an opportunity to promote your company to the delegates by providing the lunch box throughout the conference. Only one (1) company can avail of this opportunity and it is offered on a first come, first served basis. Company signage displayed at the banquet, location of the signage is subject to approval of the conference organizers.
Exhibition Only
The exhibition will take place in the main conference venue. Exhibition spaces will be set up close to the main session rooms where the coffee breaks are served. Ideal for meeting delegates, promoting your business, demos and exhibitions, publishing houses, journals etc.
Space Only: 200,000 JPY

- Two (2) exhibition passes will be provided. It includes breaks and invitation to welcome reception (no conference attendance).
